Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We specialise in Trading Card Game products, which may include sealed booster packs, booster boxes, cases, collection products, accessories and individual trading cards.

Product photographs may occasionally be illustrative unless the listing specifically states that the exact item pictured will be supplied.

2. Trading Card Condition

Where an individual card is sold, we aim to describe its condition accurately.

Trading cards may contain manufacturing variations including differences in centring, print quality, edges, corners and surfaces.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that any card will achieve a specific numerical grade from a professional grading company.

The opinion of a third-party grading company does not automatically establish that our original condition description was inaccurate.

3. Randomised Products

Booster packs, booster boxes and other sealed TCG products contain randomised contents.

Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee:

• a particular card;
• a particular rarity;
• a particular market value;
• a minimum financial return;
• a specific pull rate; or
• any particular grading outcome.

Poor pulls or contents worth less than the purchase price are not considered a product defect.

4. Product Authenticity

We source products with the intention of supplying genuine merchandise.

Customers must not return substituted, altered, resealed or counterfeit products in place of products originally supplied by us.

Suspected return fraud may be investigated.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change.

Where an obvious pricing, listing or technical error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where permitted by law.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an incorrectly priced order has been accepted for fulfilment.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

• suspected fraud;
• payment verification issues;
• stock discrepancies;
• obvious pricing errors;
• purchase limits;
• suspected reseller abuse;
• technical errors; or
• breaches of these terms.

Where we cancel a paid order, the relevant payment will be refunded.

7. Purchase Limits

Certain high-demand or limited-release products may be subject to purchase limits.

We may cancel duplicate or linked orders placed in an attempt to circumvent stated purchase limits.

This may include orders associated through customer information, delivery details, payment details or other reasonable indicators.

8. Pre-Orders

Products sold as pre-orders will have an estimated release or dispatch date where available.

Release dates may be changed by manufacturers, distributors or publishers and are therefore not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where delays occur, we will process the order in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, although this does not affect any legal obligations that remain our responsibility.

Tracking information may be supplied where available.

10. Failed or Refused Deliveries

Where a parcel is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect the parcel, or refused delivery without exercising a legal cancellation right, additional shipping charges may be payable before redispatch, where legally permissible.

11. Delivery Claims

Claims concerning missing or damaged parcels may require investigation with the relevant courier.

Customers agree to provide reasonable information required to allow us to investigate the claim.

12. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the high risk of tampering with trading card products, all returned products may be inspected before a refund is processed.

Nothing within these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

13. Fraudulent Claims and Chargebacks

Customers should contact us directly where there is a genuine problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

Submitting knowingly false information in connection with a refund, payment dispute, chargeback, missing parcel claim or return may result in the account being restricted and evidence being supplied to relevant payment providers or authorities.

14. Intellectual Property

All store branding, original photographs, graphics, written descriptions and other original website content remain our property unless stated otherwise.

Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our store is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for changes in the secondary-market value of trading cards or collectibles after purchase.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom according to the jurisdiction in which our business and customer relationship falls.

17. Statutory Rights

Nothing within these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or override rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
