Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collectible, high-value and easily tampered nature of Trading Card Game products, we operate a strict returns policy.

Sealed TCG Products

Trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, tins, cases and other factory-sealed TCG products are susceptible to opening, resealing, weighing, mapping, searching, substitution or other forms of tampering.

Customers must therefore contact us before returning any product.

Where a return is legally permitted, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied, including all original factory seals, shrink wrap, security seals, packaging and accessories.

We may refuse a return or make an appropriate deduction from any refund where the product has been opened, damaged, altered, handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or where factory seals or packaging have been removed or compromised, to the extent permitted by law.

Individual Trading Cards

Where individual cards are sold, the condition and grading stated in the product description forms part of the listing.

Customers should carefully review all photographs, condition information and descriptions before purchasing.

Minor manufacturing imperfections including print lines, centring variations, edge wear, surface marks or other factory defects do not necessarily mean that an item has been incorrectly supplied where those characteristics were visible or consistent with the stated condition.

We do not guarantee that any card will achieve a particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, ACE or any other grading company unless expressly stated.

Booster Packs and Randomised Products

Trading card packs and other products containing randomised contents are sold with no guarantee regarding the cards, rarity, value, pull rates or contents received.

Once opened, we will not accept a return simply because the customer is unhappy with the contents or value obtained.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If you receive an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the item;
  • photographs of the outer packaging;
  • photographs of any damage; and
  • where reasonably requested, supporting photographs or video showing the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect parcels upon delivery.

Please retain all external packaging, internal packaging and shipping labels where an item has arrived damaged, as these may be required for a courier claim.

Damage caused during transit must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests received before dispatch. However, once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the shipment.

Any statutory cancellation rights which apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Returns Authorisation

Do not send products back to us without first contacting us.

Unauthorised returns may experience delays while we identify the order and assess the goods.

Any approved return should be securely packaged and sent using an appropriately insured and tracked service.

Fraud and Tampering

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent claims, including but not limited to:

  • resealed products;
  • substituted cards or products;
  • missing contents;
  • altered serial numbers or security markings;
  • deliberate product damage;
  • false non-delivery claims; and
  • chargeback or refund abuse.

Where appropriate, relevant evidence may be provided to payment providers, marketplaces, couriers or law-enforcement authorities.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing within this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
